  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • ½ cup fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp cashew paste (optional)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)

Paneer Tikka Masala Recipe: Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Marinating the Paneer

1. Stir together liquid yogurt with ginger-garlic paste plus other spice ingredients including red chili powder in a mixing bowl. Mix well.

2. Soak paneer bits along with onions, capsicum, and tomato pieces in a marinade mix. Spread the marinade evenly over all pieces then keep them refrigerated for 30 to 60 minutes.
